A geek’s alternative to TradeMe….

Free, and specific to the geek community, Geekzone have just launched the offers and wanted forum. Pretty self explanatory – anything tech related (or not) can be bought, sold or traded, sans commissions, at the forum.

    Actually i prefer Lixtor as trademe alternative. Forums lack the “bidding” and list “tracking” functionality of an proper auction site.

    However I will keep this in fav, in case Lixtor become paid site. :)

    No one actually bids on anything on Lixtor. I checked a whole lot of the members and none of them have sold or bought anything. I mean I put an brnad elite xbox360 console system on there for $1 reserve and no one at all bid on it.

    Lixtor is pathetic… good idea (free listing) unfortunatley Trademe’s got that market already :(
