The conversation about Cloud TCO is not only a discussion about traditional on-premise delivery and off-premise delivery.   Multi-tenancy and automated governance are game-changing concepts that can significantly decrease spend.  Maybe part 3 in the series will describe your analysis on the TCO difference when multi-tenant shared container PaaS is adopted instead of single-tenant dedicated container PaaS.
