This morning I had an enjoyable 45 minutes spent with Sam Ramji from Apigee, Delyn Simons from Mashery and the inimitable Mike Maney from Alcatel-Lucent discussing the API economy and the opportunities and challenges that it raises.
It was a fun and interesting session and was motivated, at least in part, by a post I wrote recently about the flip side of the API economy – that is the risks of an API provider shutting off the lifeblood that is the core API. Feel free to have a listen, I’d love to hear your feedback…
