		<description><![CDATA[They clearly should have made it opt in, at least initially.  Get the early adopters in and make any tweaks required.

New users get it straight away and existing users get kicked into in in about 6 months time.

This was obviously a major change that required a different approach than roll it out to all unannounced.]]></description>
